How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply select the item(s) you wish to purchase, as well as the relevant Metal Type and Size/Length if applicable, and then click Add to Cart. The item(s) will be added to the Shopping Bag.

To view your Shopping Bag, simply click on Item located at the top right corner of the website. To confirm your order, click on Proceed to Checkout.

To make payment for your order, you may:

  1. Checkout as a guest, or
  2. Log-in if you are a returning customer, or
  3. Register as our Member.

Review your order, fill in your billing and shipping details, choose your preferred method of payment, and then click on Place Order.

By registering as our Member, you can enjoy special discounts, view more of our collection, track your order, and shop more conveniently the next time you visit us again. Register now.

We accept the following methods of payment:

  1. PayPal
  2. Wire Transfer (plus an additional US$25 bank service charge)
  3. Wholesale Order

PayPal is a 100% secure international online payment platform. With PayPal, you can make online payments with your credit card safely and conveniently. *We only accept payments under US$300 for PayPal.

For Wire Transfer, there will be an additional US$25 for bank service charge, which is charged by our bank. Please emit payment to below:

After the bank transfer, please email us your bank receipt for our records. Remember to include your order number.

For wholesalers with large orders, please select Wholesale Order for the payment method. Read the next question for more details.

Simply add items to the Shopping Bag. When checking out, choose Wholesale Order for the payment option. With this option, you do not need to pay immediately. We will then send a separate email directly to you regarding the order and payment details in the next business day. Please be sure to fill in your contact information correctly.
Once your order is submitted, an email of confirmation will be sent to you. When the order is shipped, an email will be sent informing you of the shipment and tracking details.

If you are a wholesaler and selected Wholesale Order as the payment option, you will receive an additional email of confirmation from us in the next business day.
You can check the status of your order by logging into your Member account. Click on My Orders to track your order.

If you did not register an account, you may contact us.
You can easily inquire about an item by clicking on the Send Inquiry button shown in every product page. Fill in the form with your contact details. Under “Inquiry/Comments” please fill in the SKU(s) that you are interested in. We will then reply you as soon as we can.
Our rings are measured in US ring size.
Our e-shop currency is in US Dollars.
If you would like to insert special engravings/lasermarks, please include it in the “Order Notes” when checking out. We will contact you if we have any problems with your special request.
