Do you ship to PO box address?
We do not ship to PO box address, only to street address. Please be sure to fill in correct shipping information.
How will my items be packed?
Our items are safely packed with clear polybags and bubble wraps. We take extreme care in ensuring delivering our items with the greatest protection.
When will my order be shipped out?
In-stock items are shipped out in the next business day.
Wholesale and special orders typically require around 4-8 business weeks for production, depending on the quantity.
If your order includes both in-stock items and special order items, we would wait until the entire order is finished to ship out the goods together in one shipment.
